Snowk Refund Policy

THE FOLLOWING POLICY GOVERNS OUR AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE REFUNDS TO YOU AS THE CUSTOMER. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE CAREFULLY AND IN FULL BEFORE ORDERING, SUBSCRIBING OR PURCHACING ANY SERVICE OR PRODUCT FROM US.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER ANY SERVICES FROM US.


These terms set forth our legal obligations to eachother. They apply to Your use of our service.

When We say “Snowk,” “We,” "Us," and “Our” in these terms, We mean Katie and the developers of these addons. When We say “services” in these terms, we mean the services Katie provides. When We say “You” or Your," We mean You. If You’re accessing our services on behalf of a legal entity, You agree that You have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and “You” and "Your will refer to that entity.


1. Commencement of this Agreement

1.1 This agreement will ony commence when We provide You with a written confirmation that your order has been accepted.

1.2 The information that You provide to Us must be complete, accurate and up to date at all times. We reserves the right to suspend access to Your Services if We believe any information You have supplied to Us is inaccurate.

2. Cancellation of Service

1.1 If We choose to cancel the Services We provide to You for any reason other than a breach of the terms of this Agreement by You, We will refund You on a pro rata basis.

1.2 Digital Products have a 5 day refund window, in the event that the Digital Product, such as, but not limited to, scripts and addons are not working as intended you are obliged to refund within this 5 day window of your initial invoice. After this window Digital Products are non-refundable.

1.3 You may cancel Your Package subscription at any time for any reason however due to the nature of Digital Product and our Bundles, subscriptions are completely non-refundable unless one of the following conditions apply: - We have breached the Terms and Conditions to You, the Customer.

3. 5 Day Refund Window

1.1 Upon purchasing a product you have a window of 5 days in which you may request a refund from the developer. This refund is only obliged if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The Digital Product is not working correctly.
  • The product is inaccessable to You, the Customer.
  • You have only purchased 1 product in the last 5 days.
  • A period no longer than 1 Month has passed since purchase and one of our promises have been broken.
